"1st review : Extremely disappointing experience at Samiyan Creations. Right from the start, the staff was rude and unprofessional, showing no basic courtesy or willingness to help. Shockingly, even the owner was rude and dismissive — instead of listening to concerns, she responded with arrogance and zero accountability. The tailoring work is substandard. Despite giving clear measurements and instructions, the final outfits were ill-fitting and poorly finished. It’s clear that the tailors are not skilled enough to deliver quality work. When I tried to raise these issues, no one took responsibility. Instead, I was met with blame and attitude. There is a complete lack of professionalism, customer service, and quality control. I would not recommend this boutique to anyone looking for a pleasant shopping or tailoring experience."

"Dissatisfied and disappointed from the services. We have asked the tailor a lot of times to make the correct changes in the blouse. Told Chitwan also the same about the issues what as a customer we are facing but she don’t even bother to meet the customer and handle the concerns. I have came here with some expectations but they have ruined both me and my mother blouse. For 1 blouse we need to follow up on daily basis and we need to come to the boutique repeatedly for 4 days as everyday there is some new problem in the blouse by tailor. Would highly not recommend the brides to be not to go with them for the stitching of Lehanga or saree blouses as they are our costly stuff and they ruin it at one go."

"Amateur tailor. Got multiple things stitched from them, however, apart from a simple suit, all the outfits were a disaster. Money and fabric all wasted. On top of it, the staff and the owner Chitwan doesn’t even respond back to your concerns. My beautiful fabrics got wasted and mind you, they charge bomb for stitching. Like a good customer, After collecting my stitched clothes, I made complete payment worth 17k, which was a blunder from my end. After getting payment, they don’t have the courtesy to entertain your major as well as minor alteration requests. You go to the shop, the owner’s not present and the staff mentioned to come back when she’s there. Texted her multiple times but got no response. I am in no position but to discard all my wasted stitched fabrics and the money has any-which ways reached their pocket. Would not recommend their service at all!!"

"One of the Best boutiques in noida.. U can trust Chitwan with closed eyes that she will give you best ideas, she is super creative and the final product will be as per your expectation. She really values her customer's time and sometimes if there is an urgent requirement she always try her best to not to disappoint us. Highly recommended."
